By downloading, installing, or using SnapToPDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
SnapToPDF is a mobile application that allows users to:
- Capture images of documents using the device camera
- Import images from the device gallery
- Apply perspective correction and cropping
- Create PDF documents from scanned images
- Encrypt and decrypt PDF files
- Manage and organize PDF documents
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not use the App to scan, copy, or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Not use the App to create illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Keep your encryption passwords secure and confidential
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SnapToPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the documents and content you create using the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of results
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SNAPTOPDF BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, documents, or files
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Inability to recover encrypted files due to forgotten passwords
9. Encryption Disclaimer
The encryption feature is provided for your convenience. Please note:
- We cannot recover encrypted files if you lose or forget your password
- You are solely responsible for remembering your encryption passwords
- We recommend keeping secure backups of important unencrypted documents
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
